When you purchase your home in Terrace Woods, you become a member of the Association with all of its rights and privileges. The purpose of the Association, as outlined in the Governing Documents is to:

- Promote the recreation, health, safety and welfare of residents of Terrace Woods.
- Create an ongoing legal entity responsible for the maintenance of the Common Areas.
- Operate, maintain, repair and replace Common Areas.
- Enforce regulations necessary to govern the use and enjoyment of such Common Areas.
- Regulate design and construction of improvements throughout Terrace Woods Common Areas and lots in order to promote a high quality, aesthetically pleasing and architecturally sound environment.
- Regulate offensive activities throughout the Common Areas and Terrace Woods, which may become unreasonable annoyances or nuisances.
